Charger and lipos

After killing my one and only lipo pack this weekend I've come to the conclusion that I need to spend some money. :(

I'm after a couple of lipo saddle packs and a charger that's capable of balancing. It'd be nice if the charger was 12&240v too.

Feel free to chuck in some advice and links! :)
