Hi,

can't remember what you said in terms of the number of teeth for the right pinion for a 10.5T ?

who manufacture them ? DMS racing do a sportwreks 25 teeth but then it says Raven ST or BX don't know what that means...

Cheers

Thanks Tony
Mick should be back on Sunday ?
I think my turn in problem and Alans rear end passing him out was tyres ,ballistic buggys fitted to rear of Alans Losi and front of my b44.
I never checked ant thought they were all the minispikes as i got two sets together ?

Hi Ivan,

This is a good rule of thumb regarding tyres that I stick to.

Freshly cut damp (ish) grass but not damp enough the shine the tyres -Schumacher Green minispikes (medium compound) - this is my "default" tyre. Sometimes I'll use a yellow minispike on the front with green rears.

Very dry and dusty grass - Schumacher Yellow minispikes (soft compound) all round.

Grass wet enough to shine the tyre - Balistic Buggy Green spikes or brand new Schumacher Green minispikes

Very wet grass where mud is coating the surface - Schuamcher blue minispike or new Balistic Green rears with green Schumacher fronts.

If you going to buy tyres, I'd recommend the following:
2wd - Full set of Schumacher yellows and a pair of Schumacher green rears
4wd - Just a full set of Schumacher Yellows.

The cars are very sensitive to tyre changes and it can make the difference between race-winner and undriveable.

Any idea where i would get them before the weekend ?
Would Mick have those in stock ?
Alans losi was 100% better when i put my rear`s (reasonable minispikes )on last weekend it transformed the stability of the car.
