We do our best to run our weekly Sunday Series throughout the year; however, inevitably there will be some exceptions to this. Some of these will be foreseen, such as not wishing to clash with Mid-South Regional meetings at other venues, and others not. Regardless of the reason we endeavour to post a news item on the club website notifying people of any such cancellation (for your peace of mind I don't think we've forgotten to do so yet!).
The same policy regarding cancellation notices applies to our Mid-Week and Winter Series.
