I would like to go for 80 , but the spurgear from 2 wd cant fit, the slipperplates ar different size and the centerhole is much smaller in the 2 wd

It will cause ive done it. U use the slipper pads from the 2wd and and u've to carefully drill out the hole to a bigger size to fit the 4wd plates. Its more work than i would like to switch spurs but if you really want a smaller spur its def possible.

Nope that's nothing like it, I looked through all the slipper pads on ebay and couldn't see anything at all the same or similar in pattern. But I guess there would be quite a few that would fit if you use the spur and slipper, just need to find one with the same size hole. Anyway you can suggest it to tcmodels here to have one made and chances are they will do it :). So who votes? and what size? 80 tooth, everyone agrees?

Yeah well the car looks roughly similar but judging by the spur it's vastly different in detail :). And now woody will say, the cars good enough for a national A main out of the box with the 85 tooth spur and so any new one is pointless right :)?
