Tyre & date rule as last year,

No mini-pins
Chassis pre-1990

We'd like to have enough entries for two heats - if we do we can possibly split heats as follows,

2wd heat & 4wd heat - both 19t max.

or

19t (max) heat & 27t (max) heats (2wd & 4wd mixed within heats).

We intend to decide this coming weekend what we will run.

What do you want to run?
We have been through all the pro's & con's already so this is not about opinions, so please dont post 'I think we should blah blah blah ......'

Just a plain choice from the above is what we need.

The actual dates will also be announced soon, I'm just trying to confirm them with Phil.

Sounds good, my preference would be to run a 19T in the procat

the 20t is plenty - my vote would have been for silvercan 540 motors, to make it more equal. But no one liked my slow-is-better idea :(

Does that include the Lipo's Jimmy??;)

So nobody wants to run a 27t heat then, you all want 19t & 20t motors.

Only motor rule to be 19t max? We will split heats into 2wd & 4wd if there
is enough?

Is that what you want?

19t - you'll still have northy with a 8x1 wind in the can!

Mabuchi all the way!

Yes Stu, if no one wants 27T then why not 20T 2WD and 19T 4WD?

Sorry I know you did'nt want any more suggestions!

Your 6 gear should handle those 20T Saturns??

My car was one of the slowest last year! :o

It's not about what I want, it's about what will get the most entries in the series.

The 6-gear will take a 19t OK, it did at Teeside, and that was before I ballraced it. I don't want to run the Saturn.

If others want a 27t class I'll run it in that, but for myself, I'm easy either way.

My vote is for 19t vintage and 27t (and sealed 20t stinger) vintage, 2wd and 4wd in each class so it's only the motor (and usual) vintage rules apply. This means people can go as fast as they like with whatever car they like/have.

I thought the 20t stingers were a bit gash, in fact very gash. Jim I don;t think you realise how slow those 20t motors are as you ran lipo and your car was in a different league of fast to everyone else.

Oh I forgot to mention, another reason to run 2 classes is several of us wanted to run 2 cars on the same night. I plan to run 19t 4wd and 27t 2wd if possible!
