B4.1 Clutch Issue

Hi All,

I built my brand new B4.1 kit, after several tests the clutch has still the issue.

When I'm tight the nut on the shaft (as reported in the manual) and turning the spur gear doesn't turn freely, it is enough hard to turn.

If I remove the slipper pad or the slipper hub the trasmission is turning freely.

I never had this issue with my previous B4. The spur gear was moving freely.

Any suggestions? Do you have the same experience?

I am working on it, issue found. The problem was the spring and the slipper pad.

Be carefully to polish the spring and check the slipper pad too.

Now it's much better than before.
