I was aware that some drivers would not be booking in for the December meeting due to other commitments - especially with the meeting being so near to Christmas - so there are a few places available if anyone would like to run another class or if anyone has not yet entered.

Only had 1cm if that here in stockport..

Heading over to the center later to hopefully set up so will make a decision there and then i guess.

All motorways etc are open and no more snow is forcast for the rest of the weekend, just clear, cold and sunny...

Fingers crossed we'll be able to run..but keep checking on here.

So unless you read here otherwise WE ARE STILL RUNNING TOMORROW..

4" fell here in Chadderton overnight. -8 expected overnight although no more snow due.

Will be a 50/50 call me thinks.

I think a decsion needs to be made wether it's going to be run or not sometime today. I have a hour and a half journey on a good day as probably alot of other racers have and don't want to be travelling all that way there for it to be called off so would like to know sometime today if it's going to be run or not

We will going to Chadderton for 1:30 to build the track as normal.

If we feel it is to bad to run the meeting we will post on here asap.

But as it stands now 9:30 am we are still running the meeting

Just spoken to Johnny at the center.. roads are clear etc and car park aint to bad..

Im taking a couple of shovels to clear a way through the snow to get from the carpark to the gates...to save any trouble...

The more people to help, the quicker and the better it will be..

The current forecast for the area and many other surrounding areas is that the snow will cease and become drier although it will remain cold.

just got to center.. roads are ok carpark snowey, drive with care.. we'll hopefully clear a couple of tracks to drive in ad out :thumbsup:

Driveway cleared with two tracks to help with traction, we will grit tomorrow..

Hi all
I was still planning on coming today last night but I have just woke up to 4-5 inches of snow up here in the north east and im sure more will have fell in other places so I don't think the 100 mile journey will be very easy . I don't have any contact details other than posting on here so if anybody reads this and can pass on the message that I can't make it .
