Not sure what happened there guys, the sites working fine for us though?

Might have just been a little downtime earlier on but it should be ok now.

Same problem for me too. Just spoke to Stu Wood at JE and they are definitely in business, he can get into the website but I guess that's from within their firewall. I'm sure they will have the site up and running shortly.

EDIT: Ryan posted just as I did.

Ryan - I just tried again and your site is still down.

Just to check, are you guys using the .com domain or .co.uk?

www.jespares.com is working 100% fine...

www.jespares.co.uk does appear to be broken

Your DNS looks screwed, you can't ping the site so might be worth checking it out a bit more.

I'm using Firefox and can't get on either the .com or .co.uk versions of the site.

Just tried both of those and none of them work for me in IE, safari, chrome or firefox. Also the little Je Spares animation at the top of oOple isn't working either.

Neither are working, you can't even do an nslookup.

I just tried doing a "tracert" in windows command prompt and it didn't even find the first step. Looks like the server is f&^%ed!

I promise you the server is absolutely fine, I'm working on the site now and we don't have a problem here at all.

We have seen this issue before and it's been down to the exchanges. I don't know the full technical detail but essentially, some people will be able to access it and some won't, depending on where you live.

We're sorry about this but it is out of our hands, if anyone needs to order or check stock then please give us a call on 0845 643 2387.

Ryan,

your site seems to be working fine for me in IE6 (as well as it ever does in IE6 ... when are my compnay going to update???)

I think your e-mail might be down though Ryan as it's never taken this long for you to get back to me before ;)

As for buying dingos surely the good people will be buying something with recent technology in it like a Lazer FS not an Optima Mid inspired car from the 80s, ali chassis and geared diffs are so last
century :p :woot:

Works now.

Don't think it was a browser issue, your machines just couldn't find the server.
