What tips have you guys got for a smooth and consistent action for your diffs? any magic grease etc? Ive used an rw supalite spur spur before now, but i found with this spur, it was a little more difficult to set, not much room for error as it either slipped, or was too tight and didn't work as freely as i would have liked. Any tips welcome. :)

make sure the hole in the middle of the wheel is slightly bigger than the shaft (5mm drill bit i think),then she will be super smooooth!!!!

3.18mm or 0.125" = 1/8" balls (that's what's in mine)

or 5mm straight reamer

Do it by hand if you have something to hold the drill bit.

If your going to use a drill bit don't use an electric tool to drill the wheel out. The drill bit may wobble about a bit and make the hole larger than needed. If you have a variable speed drill set it minimum if you must use it.

Better still use a 5mm straight reamer as mentioned earlier
anyone got a link for a 5mm reamer?

Yes, that's a reamer. Leaves a truer finish to the hole than drill bit can.

When the video's out you'll see ;)
