Hi,

I'll switch to the B4.1 but I have lots of spare parts for my old B4,
My question is, what parts are different?
Has anyone already figured this out?

Thanks,
Martijn

The Gearbox casing, chassis T piece and outdrives are all different and you cant fit one without the other as far as I'm aware.

All other B4 parts will fit the B4.1

Although shock towers are different they will all fit and the only difference geometry wise is the rear which has an extra inner hole and the outer hole deleted.

Btw,
Do you still need to add weight?
I'v heared is't build for riding LiPo's so?

Adding weight seems to vary between drivers.
Personally I have a trishbits front bulkhead and the heavier ghea rear bulkhead and am very happy with the balance.
I am also running the rudebits under servo weight at present, which I'll probably remove when I fit new front tyres!

Ok,
I'm planning to buy the front bulkhead too,
I still run brushed so the motor (Trinity Co27) is still heavy so I'm not sure about the rear one.
And, do you konw some good hop ups for the B4.1?
So I can order them with the car. :)

Yes,
I have the same problem,
What do you think about those boots for the shocks?

Well, I did say nothing 'needs' doing but those covers do look interesting.
Shipping costs look a little high though.

Worth mentioning for any B4 owners considering the driveshaft boots, they are for the B4.1 CVAs only.

Yes, the dust covers are for the B4.1,
And the schock for both,
At the beginning of the conversation, u said you have a trishbits front bulkhead and a ghea rear one, what is the partnummer of that ghea one?
Thanks

I'm currently using the 30g 3.5 degree ghea 2062 rear bulkhead.

But I only have the standard B4 rear hubs, if you are running the B4.1 0.5 degree rear hubs then ghea 2061 would keep your rear toe in the same.

The Trishbits front bulkhead is 42g whereas the Ghea one is 23g. If you already have the ghea front I would try the 18g ghea 2050 rear bulkhead to keep things a little more balanced.

Oke,
But I'v seen that trishbit have a rearbulkhead too, what about that one?
Thanks for helping btw ;)

Trishbits rear is fine, but heavier again.
The main reason I never bought it was that I wanted the extra .5 degree of toe in and the trishbits version is only available in standard 3 degrees.
(all bought before the B4.1 came out)
