i have a pt and it is missing laps i have sent it to bbk ,and they sent it back saying there was nothing wrong it, so i think it is dropping below 4 volts, i run an x6 with a 12 turn motor ,lrp q 2 speedo the reciever is spektrum and the servo is ko pds 2344 6v fet can anybody help thanks.

do you run one of the spektrum sp1600 cap's with it, this stop's it dropping volts and will i would imagine cure the problem

MRT Bug Booster. Fit, forget, enjoy all laps being counted!! For £20 it's the easiest and cheapest answer to the problem. I think the Spektrum cap does the same job, but only for the Spektrum receiver, not the PT.

If you fancy it, an MRT PT clone is also available, and has the Bug Booster technology built in. I got one because I could easily change the lead length, the Bug Booster is built in, and if ever anything goes wrong I can easily get it replaced with the same PT number (can't do that with AMB).

only had this issue when I run 4 cell 12th

happened a few years back @ Wickham meeting when the motor was under a hard load coming out of a hairpin/180 and the loop was just a foot or so after a corner.

haven't had a problem with missing laps since then
