:woot:ok the 12th is the day track work is happening we want to do it in a half day but theres alot to do so more people the better im aiming for 8 0.clock start but if you cant make 8 no worries
heres the plan for the track

1. get rid of the large humps and bumps in the straight so we can make it longer
2. sort out the banked curve again bumps out of it will need to add soil to shape it.
3. redesign track for summer series.
4. put new jumps in
5.put new fence up between track and pit area.
6. fence between ditch and rostrum
7. paint rostrum and make steps safe and move it over a bit
8. we want to put in the smooth pipe on the fast flowing cornors it is hard to work with and will need heating up to shape it so any one who has a blow torch bring it along please open to any idears on shapeing this pipe ?

if any one has any more thoughts on what needs doing please say.
we dont have a track design so will will just build it as we go so everyone can have there say but you need to be there on the day.

sorry if theres spelling mistakes in this lol

thanks martin :woot::thumbsup::D and just for al and mike FAB

just one more thing might be a idear to bring your own shovels rakes or any tool you might think you will need we have got a few tools at the club

Torch is shaping up to be a fantastic track! The numbers coming from far and wide are the proof.

Many thanks :) we always push for the best we can.

As it gets busier we need more help, particularly with Steve taking a break from April etc.. Today was hard for me today and I'm thankful my Durango was there or there abouts.

Yep, I recommend asking for a group of people who are willing to do race directing, to 'run' the meetings.

I also recommend you set the computer with, say, 3 minutes between each heat, get it to announce how long to the next race and let it run the meeting for you. People WILL be on the line ready to race if they have no other option!

I've been involved in running clubs before, and know how much hard work it is. Keep it up, you're all doing a great job!
