Well we are now approaching the "endgame" for this Season.
However in 2WD, it's too late - we have our champion.

2011 SORC 2WD Champion
John Allan

Well done and congratulations from everyone.
Exceptional performance with the TLR22.

We now conclude our 4WD Championship along with the minor placings in 2WD, at the last two rounds held by Dunfermline club at their rapidly improving NORA facility. A lot more astro has gone down and it's getting better each time.

On behalf of Dunfermline, I'd like to appeal for more help with making these changes to the track. It would be really good if a few people popped up/down/along to NORA, at the next track maintenance day. Ask Derek for more details.

There's still a good bit of work to do, but it's being done primarily for the SORC meetings. So it would be in everyone's interests to pop along and give a morning to reshaping and improving the track further.

Calendar:Round 1 - April 10th - Falkirk (Bowhouse Community Centre)
Round 2 - May 1st - Falkirk (Bowhouse Community Centre)
Round 3 - May 15th - Stonehaven (Mineralwell Park, Stonehaven)
Round 4 - June 12th - Dunfermline (NORA)
Round 5 - July 3rd - Dundee and Angus (NORA)
Round 6 - July 24th - Dunfermline (NORA)
Round 7 - August 21st - Dunfermline (NORA)

Remember the online booking - it makes things a lot easier for Race Control, on the day, if you use online booking.

I've just tried to book in online using the new site and once the fields have been filled in and press submit, it opens up an email but none of the data is carried onto the email? How is this supposed to work?

It will open an email and then you can send it. If it's not copying the data then it'll be your choice of "protection software" that's preventing the data going from your browser to the email.

If you can't do anything about the AV/Security software on your PC, just sent me an email on my sorcinfo.org address and I'll manually forward on the entry.

I've been told that a lot of people don't use Outlook Express or such, to send emails, so I'll write a new routine for the website for submitting entries as soon as I can.

Try it as it is just now, first - if it doesn't "do it for you!" then send me an email.

I'll update the site in the next few days and then it'll work for all, I hope!!!
