So whats the crack with metal geared servos still having a plastic gear? What's the point of that then? Is that one actually under less stress?
Are there any metal geared servos that are fully metal geared?
And whats a hybrid gear for a metal geared servo?
Cheers,
G

I imagine its just a safety measure as the next thing in line to break would be something more expensive/difficult to change.
I run metal gears in everything and in think i've only ever had 1 of the "saver" gears break in the past.

If I am correct, the hybrid gear is a metal replacement for the plastic one.
