i'm running the standard shark plastic shocks (non factory) what is the best rate oil to use, i have the yellow and green springs, and will be running on high grip carpet track with medium size ramps.

here is the report on how it went, i used 70weight in front and rear with green springs, i found that it worked better when i was using foam tires, 8th quaified and 2nd over all:thumbsup: so not a bad meeting over all

I used to run 50wt oil all round, 60wt if very high grip on foams (this was with std 4 hole white pistons in the large shocks).
cut the front springs down, and limit the droop with a 2mm washer under the piston really sorts the handling out IMO.

Hope this helps.
