Nosram evil 1 cell lipo

We are thinking of trying brushless at my local club. Does the Nosram evil reverse need a voltage booster to work on 1cell lipo?

Think its the same as LRP A.I and yes it would need one as my A.I did
but it has no punch so got the fusion one instead
