i am running a schumacher sx2 with the speed passion gran turismo 2 and a x12 lrp 6.5 motor but it keeps running motor very hot i have got 81 spur 19 pinion has anyone got any idea's

yer, sorry, removed my answer as different car and motor size to mine so will be wrong, plus my spur is a lot smaller,

was half asleep when i looked at the message and typed out my reply...lol

13t pinion? If so that's a fdr of over 16:1

It must be revving it's nuts off

Are u running the standard internal ratio??

Lrp recommend an overall ratio of around 10:1 for a 6.5 in a 4wd
Which would work out to a 21t pinion on 81 spur with the standard i r of 2.6

X12 motor run hot. It's normal!!
