Hi,
I have as title suggests a Blizzard, built from a kit, I have had continual problems with the front ball diff coming undone, ie the screw that goes through the entre of the diff into the brass threaded fitting keeps unscrewing, causing only 2wd and terrible handling/steering issues.

I have tried blue threadlock but that does not seem to do the trick, I have also tried different amounts of torque on the screw, ie tighten it as hard as I can, or juust leave it not 'fully tightened'

Anyone got any suggestions as to building these diffs and how to stop this happening?

The rear one seems ok and doesn't undo now.

I don't know the blizzard but have you tried replacing the brass bit if you can? as the threads might have gone. Is it possible to have the one way the wrong way round?

Can't have one in the wrong way round or the front wheels would turn one way and the rear the other... The thread on the brass bit is fine, but encased in a platic bit, difficult to describe but see here http://www.jespares.com/electric-models?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=9625&category_id=1312
I don't have it all apart at the moment but I believe the diff nut is fine.

Have you put plenty of grease on the thrust bearings? these are often a common cause if diffs loosening themselves.

Also, what size thread is the Blizzard diff screw?

The only reason I ask is that if it is an M2 thread, you might be able to change it for an Associated diff screw/nut (something us TLR22 drivers have done because of similar issues).
