Just got a unused x10 in as new, and i love the look and the build, i was wondering if there is any choice of servo for this car that outhers may favour, i have a futaba s9550 which is low profile but its also a bit short for those mounts (which arnt that good) do you guys just tilt them in a bit ? Has any one any advice on a Novak velocity light brushless motor, sa i was thinking for an LRP but have read this is a fast car from the off, so just haveing read about this motor wondering what you all would think.

To be honest, the standard X10 mounts aren't that great. I think all servos stand off the chassis when used.

I used Schumacher mounts on mine, and i have also seen Associated mounts used, both were better than the kit mounts.
