I am after a transmitter and receiver so that I can start racing again.

Must be a decent model with a decent level of adjustment for racing (Not acoms techniplus).
Happy with 40Mhz frequency because of the price range I am looking at, but if you are selling a 2.4Ghz within my price range that would also be considered.
I have generally used stick transmitters but would consider a wheel if the price is right.
I am searching around to see what people come back with.

Can you let me know condition, usage, whats included, any reason for selling and price you are after (including postage if you are far from me). A link to a pic would also be nice if possible.

I've got a couple of old 40Mhz transmitters (rebadged Futaba wheel radio's) that i've acquired from Ansmann RTR cars doing nothing, i could soon chuck in a receiver & sell as a cheap set if you wanted to test out a wheel radio before committing to an expensive model.

Thanks for all the offers. The 2.4Ghz were tempting but for getting back into racing (with my budget) I'm going to go with a 40Mhz stick that I was offered.

Maybe I'll grab a wheel as well as I get on with both and see which makes the car go fastest.
