Had first club meeting yesterday and was most enjoyable. 12 cars in total which wasn't bad for first meeting. Track was pretty good but will need improvements made as the year goes on. If we can trace some more astroturf that would be a bonus but apart from that, it's getting there.

Hope to see more people there in the next few weeks.

It was a good day weather was good to us too , track does need some work but it worked very well today, so a big well done to the small team of guys that got the track ready after all the bad weather we had that the end of the year http://www.oople.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif, it did make for some good racing with the 2wd and 4wd finals.

It was good to get the SX3 out for the first time.:p

There was some pics taken and i will try and get them on the web but i think they are going to derek and he's on his hol's for the next 2 weeks..

Was a good days racing. I really enjoyed the track and the wind made it interesting. Got the front wheels up on the big jump just as gust of wind hit it. Went up like a kite and disappeared off the edge !! You certainly don't get that in 12th !!

Not sure Davie, i dont think the track will be open and i think it is just club members who can go on non club days. (but dont quote me on that) There is a club meeting on Sunday afternoon tho if that is any use to you?

Under "Off-road" column are the NORA club rounds.
Under the "Scottish Open" column are the Scottish Championship rounds and all the rest (including Dundee's round) will be ran at NORA.


Should be plenty of chances - and reasons! - to pop along when you are free.
