Hi
After being advised to use 3700s instead of 4200s in the b4 i have realised that they are goosed, i have also been told to put them in the freezer so in they have gone for 3 hours discharged. They used to take around 3150mah (goosed) and will advise if this increases capacity or decreases internal resistance on the ctx-d.
Does anyone have any other tips or tricks??

i am under the impresion the freezer trick is aimed at the interlect 4200 cell as it has a very quick discharge rate and storing them in fridge slows this down
think its only used when between meetings to stop the cells dropping below the voltage where they die off

It's probably only one cell that's gone funny. Get a volt meter and measure the voltages across each cell while charging. You will probably find that one cell has very little voltage over it because it's shorted out internally. Once you have identified the dodgy cell you could try blasting only that cell briefly at a very high charge current or discharging it at a high current to try and clear it, but it's probably screwed. If you are lucky the rest of the pack will be ok and once you change the bum cell it'll be useable again.
