Hello everybody

I'm getting a T3 2011 from Xray.
But i can't decide wich ESC i'm going to buy.

Wich one would you guys suggest for powering a 10.5T speed passion V3:

LRP SXX competition
LRP SXX TC Spec V2
LRP SXX Stockspec V2
Speed Passion GT2.0 pro
Speed Passion GT2.1 PROstock

What would you guys prefer a normal ESC or stock one?

Thanks!

I use a speed passion prostock v2.1 as do a number of racers in my club and we find them quite good. Guys using them are regularly finishing in the top spots. There are a few using the Pro v2.0 as well and updating the firmware to the prostock software. Got the advantage if you ever wanted to race modified that you can just reprogram the v2.0 back to modified for low turn motors. The v2.1 prostock from what i understand does not run as lower turn motors as the v2.0
As for lrp cannot compare the newer V2 stuff as nobody in the club runs one, tc spec or prostock. I have a Competition sxx from my 1/12 if i am not mistake it is not suitable for touring cars only for car like 1/12 and 1/10 2wd so maybe worth avoiding as one of your choices.

Just to throw another in the mix hobbywing do a virtual copy of the v2.0 and v2.1 they are just that little bit cheaper if you want to save a few quid. Even though i have a speed passion v2.1 ,I actually program it with hobbywing software and sofar no harm done.

Its not on your list, worth having a look at the Orca Vritra Pro, been very impressed with mine so far. Also has very good support through Answer-RC.

Hobbywing Xtreme stock.
I've got three of them now and after moving from GM and Tekin i can't fault them.
They are super smooth and run really cool.

For £60 they beat everything hands down.

Love my Orca system, wouldn't change it for anything. Motors are great, very smooth and fast compare to others. Very heat resistant and great support from Answer RC.

Take a look at Quantum RC, lots of TC drivers from Singapore use these on their Xray or Tam TC.

Not cheap but I'm sure it's worth it.
