im surprised you guys have not herd about it. i have one in my slash 4x4 and it gives a bit more power than a regular 2 pole motor but it is a tiny bit slower but you can gear them up because they also don't heat up as much as a regular motor. but im just worried if the Durango diffs and spur can handle the power.

2 pole sets=more torque less revs

I have not run them in the DEX but it's a great motor for the DESC and Asso SC10 4x4 it's also a very small motor it's about 1,5cm shorter then a normal 540 like a lrp, cs, tekin etc. It's not a fast motor but it has a lot of torq so you can/must gear it up alot. The only thing i don't like about the castle motor are the motor wires that are on there permanently.

Team Tekin will come with 4 pole motors with a sensor on them, and they look very nice. And you can solder your own motor cables on them.

well i think im just going to get a 2 pole because it looks like not too many people have had experience with them in the DEX.

plus as you said they are a bit slower but give more power. but i really don't think i need tons of power in a dex410 since its pretty light plus buggys are just so agile and fast.
