Just thought I would let you all know that I made the 2wd A Main this weekend at Oswestry National.
Car was cool all day and I couldnt of asked for anything more from it. It did everything I wanted!
I was even running the AR soft moulded inserts. I seem to like them!

4wd was 100% better than the last time out.
D Main but I was happy with that as I only finished 1 round of quali.
The car did not let me down all day. I let the car down. 1st round I was 13th, 2nd round rain came down in my race so the lap times fell off so I pulled it off to save my tranni. 3rd round all 4 (four) tyres came off the first time down the straight. Oops. 4th round I thermold on the last lap. Very hot day and I havent cut any holes out for cooling. Oops. Car was ACE to drive though.

Check this link out and you will see me at the weekend :- http://www.oople.com/rc/photos/2011national-oswestry/

Well done Stu

Now can you post your 2 & 4WD setups to help less skilled Ansmann drivers?

It all sounded good untill you said you pulled it off to save the tranni. Why
would you need to do that.

I think he means his radio - it was raining and presume he had no tranny muff to protect it...

Well done Stu. Looks like the Ansmann is starting to compete at the top level.

By the way, just wait until the Captain hears about your wheels, you will never live it down :o:o
