i have a new set of S9650 gears available, also a 90% new S9650 servo for sale.
Gears are 15€ shipped, servo is 45€ shipped.

Speak to Matt Dodd at The Servo Shop, they had gears in when I needed them.

JE Spares also get stuff very quickly from Futaba so they are worth a shout.

Can't remember the price but the gears where very reasonable.
