I've been playing around with my old cat 98, but does anyone have some sort of starting setup for indoor on slippy floor.

It's that long since i've even looked at it, I can't remember any of the setup i used to use.

Thanks

The Cat 2000 98' is an SE, basically I remember it as the EC with poor weight distribution, as it had "Side Saddle" layout. Funky.

I remeber running my EC with Losi black pistons, Losi MIP shafts (longer) but no idea on oil, or any positions of stuff.

If you need some wheels for it i have 2 pairs of smooth fronts used, 3pairs smooth rears and 2 nib smooth rears all in white and clean ready to use and great condition?

Ask Chris Pattinson. After his CAT adventure last year he probably knows everything you can imagine about it!

I will check my set up sheets from last year when I get home tonight.

I ran using Schumacher shocks and pistons, Losi pistons, and associated shocks last year. Let me know which shocks you are using, and I'll dig the appropriate setup out.

Schumacher shocks with Associated pistons was the hot setup from the time from what i remember!! No 3's all round. The SE and 98 were 2 different cars - SE had saddle pack, 98 side saddle. Opinions were always divided - but i remember Rich Barton winning EPO national, and i think that was a side saddle chassis.
