Got a new battery today after a few recommendations! Just wondered how i work out how long to charge it? I'm using my wall plug in charger (was told an hour from a quick charger connected to car battery)

Any tips/info greatly appreciated!

Few hours i am afraid best thing is to invest in a better charger like a core on as it will do 12v and 240 so you can use it every where

thats quite a slow charger im affraid mate e.g if the charger charges at 1000ma(1a) then a 3500mah battery will take 3 & 1/2 hours to charge fully,so if you charged it at 3.5a (3500ma) it will take 1 hour to charge,as your charger is only 300ma by my calculations your battery will take about 11 & 1/2 hours to charge.i think you need to get a better charger, one thats has got at least a 1amp charge rate.

Hope this helps dave

my first car was a tamiya sand rover and that was the same,15 hours to charge for a 10 minute run.its insane how rc technology has changed over the years.
