ah gutted. our club is hosting SpeedFest @ MoldModelCarClub on the 11th of sept, Would have loved to have come over an had a go, looking at getting into 1/10th as an underdawg. Race Micro at min but havent got anything to do in summer. I have the ansmann factor lol ;)

Southport are not doing pre-booking ,but asking drivers who’s details are not on our data base to email their details (booking-in@srcc.co.uk)so to speed up booking in and putting them in the appropriate heat.

What do you use gt85 for? Got a can here so will take it with me :)

GT85 I use for spraying on all the moving parts such as hinge pins and Driveshafts, keeps them lubed and disperses any water that might be caught in there.

I also give my bodyshell and wing a good coating and a quick wipe and it keeps most of the mud and grass from sticking during a run and makes it come off easier when cleaning. Don't go to ott on it though otherwise it will be like marshalling a wet fish.

I usually spray a bit on my cleaning brush as well and makes your driveshafts and plastic parts look like new. :thumbsup:

yeah i was lucky enough to be given a 6.5t xirius motor and i was over the moon with that because i have a spare motor now but would it work with other escs that are sensored or not.

and Woody was having far to much fun giving stuff away i think he should do it at JE Spares a bit more (if it was an ideal world where money didnt matter) lol

had a fab week end apart from the 6 hour travelling one way the track was spot on but it felt more like a promotion day than a talent day:confused: i was well intrestied in becoming part of ansmann:thumbsup:but the way in which no one was told who got it or y no one got it makes me think it was a promotion day:( but still met some nice guys and raced on a fab track ill see some of them in the micro nats hopefull:thumbsup:

I am glad you had a good weekend but I can asur eyou that it was not a promotional day.
You might not know this but I am the Manager of a very good model shop and I have been very busy this week and this weekend I will get to send all the contracts off to the people that gave me there details.
I do apologise for my delay but as I organised the whole thing and was behind the table most of the day talking to poeple, it was hard to control it.
