Is the DF03 complete spring set (49431) the same as buying the seperate spring sets (53974 & 53975)?

Also which springs come with the upgrade aeration damper set?

Upgrade set is yellow front, red rear, pants!

Not sure on the df03 set mate, I have a feeling they are different though!

The Aeration Damper set comes with red springs front and back. I know that's true of the older version, but there's now the HL cylinder version, which I'm not sure of.

The TRF upgrade spring sets (53974 & 53975) come with blue (soft) red (medium) and Yellow (hard).

Don't know anything about the DF03 set.
