New information (http://www.brca-eoe.co.uk/#/agm-2011/4554648870)section for the 2011 AGM is up at www.brca-eoe.co.uk (http://www.brca-eoe.co.uk)

The agenda is up and available for download too.

If you have any bright ideas for 2012, put them down as a proposal and send them to info@brca-eoe.co.uk they will be uploaded to the website for people to peruse and then voted on at the AGM.

We are all bright people and all very aware of what the "problems" are, so listing them is not going to help. What will help is what we do to create an environment by which we solve those problems. Also, think carefully about the proposal and the administration behind getting it to work. If it's paper heavy who is going to administer it?

Regional Rep. The region needs a rep for 2012 and will be voted in at the AGM. If you have any questions about what it entails, drop me a line in confidence to info@brca-eoe.co.uk .

LOCATION FOR THE AGM - I will announce the location on the 10th September - It will be geographically sympathetic to all those committed to attending.

Finally - The End of Season Finals.

Confirmed entries are
Simon Watson 2/4
Carl Dufton 2/4
Lee Flynn 4
Ben Hubbard 4
Ben Chester 4
George Fairweather 4
Barry Abbott 4
John Myall 4

WE NEED MORE - SO PLEASE SEND ME YOUR DETAILS ASAP OR THEY WILL GET ISSUED TO ANOTHER REGION. DO NOT LEAVE IT TO THE LAST MINUTE! Any questions - email info@brca-eoe.co.uk

I have been pulling +16 hour days and shattered. Tomorrow I will catch up on all things EoE/EoS

I have one confirmed attendee for the AGM, so I am tempted to hold it at his dining table. Or shall I say MY dining table.

More seriously -
Oyster Reach, Ipswich, Suffolk IP2 8ND

AND - All entrants for East of England End of Season finals are confirmed.

At the minute if it's only Me, Dave and Ben I won't be driving all the way to Ipswich.

I though Dave was joking! In that case we are up too.......

Listed interest:
Jonathan Brown
Ben Hubbard
Dave Evans
George Fairweather
Darryl Osborn
Zipper (If he can get back from Norwich in time)
Ben Chester (maybe)
Other possibles include Craig Woods from Colchester Model Car Club and
Mark from ARCII/ MERCC but have not had confirmation from them.

Two suggestions have been received.
1 - SC10 class included
2 - Interclub championship

My opinion is that if there is no rep there is no point. However, adhering to what I think is a duty, I will go regardless of proposed attendance. There might (just might) be a potential rep who will put themselves up at the meeting and not on a forum.

I will post up tonight a list of everyone who has said/emailed/ text they are coming and then everyone can make up their own minds on attendance.

Off to post reminders around the region...........

Joking? Na, I'm bringing my pitch fork:woot:

but like you point out, if by the end of the night there is no new rep , then there will be no region, and some of us will have a long drive:eh?:.

I don't think ben wants me to come anyway:cry:.........as he still wont tell me a start time:D
