Hi,

Not sure if you chaps remember, I came down to the club back in the winter with my son Oscar - he's a bit too young at the moment to drive but he loves cars. Finally found some spare cash, so bought a bargain Losi 8ight EU 2.0 off ebay here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130569613719?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Next is to find some radio great, engine, pipe, servos etc...

Cheers
Simon

Simon,

If you are interested i have some items that i have removed from my RC8 after i converted to brushless.

Ive got;

- a used but still screaming Ninja JX-B01A engine
- a P7-R Evo 2 engine that is not even really run in yet, my starter struggles to turn it over if its cold, so heaps of life in it
- Hong Nor 2047 pipe in good condition
- a Losi twin motor starter box (relay mod to save the wiring from melting down)
- 5 turbo Ninja glow plugs (for the JX)
- 2 or 3 std plugs for the P7R
- two glow starters with charger

If you are interested in any of the above or even all of it I'm sure we can come to agreement on a good price. I'll chuck in 1/2 gallon of fuel too.

Let me know if you are interested, and that goes for anyone else too.

Thanks
Alex

Thanks Dave, I thought you already had an 8ight.

Alex, What starter box is that? I'm going to buy a new engine so I can learn the run-in process.

Do you chaps have any recomendations for servos? back in the day I used to KO Propo FET servos for high-torque servos for speed and torque. What is todays recomended servo for 1/8 nitro buggy's?

Cheers
Simon
