Has the surface changed again and now back to dirt?
The old winter series was always great, now where are those proline step pins

The surface hasn't changed back to primarily dirt, still has the shredded tires on it, but there's not much of it left, so we just swept it away and raced on it.

We only raced inside on wim as it was raining so heavily on sunday morning. The surface is now dirt impregnated with chunks of rubber like the marbles on an f1 track. this makes it quite bumpy. I had a chunk of rubber jam my steering in one heat. This was much better after the cars had cleared a line.

WOW!!!! I really hope your running this again sometime...I've heard nothing but great things about the indoor days at Tiverton, and although I've not managed to be much of a regular down there again this year I'd def be up for some winter racing action in there...

Hoping it wasn't a one off!!!

Nice pics. Is it me or have they got rid of that orange sandy shite that was there and its nice ordianry garden dirt now.
And also do they have 240v supply or no. If yes then i`ll be there next time.
Have they fixed that bloody cattle grid entrance yet too, I know John Howe refused to take his real car over it.

Can i ask how much dirt do you think would be needed to do this? I was planning on building a 1/10-1/16 indoor dirt track for me to play on along with others if wanted.

I believe i have a big enough area to do so (used to be a old warehouse for building materials my family own) and working in the building trade materials wont be a issue to souce.

This is by hethrow and sorry for hi-jacking
