Dear Members,
We are now coming to the end of the 2011 season with most classes now finishing up the final rounds of their Championships. We the Committee would like to take a moment to thank everyone whom has taken part in the racing and organizing of the different events though out the country over the 2011 season and for your continued support.
A provisional date for the Association AGM will be Sunday 20^th of November. The Venue will be the same as last year Raheny United Soccer Club, Raheny, Dublin at 11am. Please note this date maybe subject to change, we will confirm the details shortly via a update on the RCCAOI Website.
*New for the 2011 AGM, *members wishing to put there name forward for a positionon the Committee can now contact the Association via the Rccaoi Secretary in advance of the AGM to highlight their interest in taking on a position within the Committee. Members who want to put there name forward for election can now contact the Secretary@rccaoi.com (http://www.oople.com/forums/#) andat the AGM the members present will vote on the names put forward for each position. This will not stop any member being proposed at the AGM but will allow members who may be unavailable to attend the chance to volunteer. A list of received application will be posted on the Association site a week prior to the AGM. Email application should be no later then October 28^th .

Secretary
Treasurer.
On-Road I.C Rep
Off-Road I.C Rep
Electric Off-Road Rep
Electric On-Road Rep
Large Scale.
Note that sections which do not have a rep voted in will not have a valid National series resulting in drivers being unable to apply the following year for European/Worlds Championship Places through the RCCAOI.
*Rule Changes*for those looking to introduce changes/updates to the rule within the handbook. A form will be available shortly on the Rccaoi Site which can be filled out and return to the Secretary@rccaoi.com (http://www.oople.com/forums/#) or handed in at the AGM. These changes will be voted on for introduction to the handbook at the AGM.
*Important notice to all drivers looking to book European places* for 2012 season. Please be aware that due to the Association AGM taking place after the EFRA AGM we would require all drivers interested in taking part in an event to contact the Secretary of the RCCAOI via email at Secretary@rccaoi.com (http://www.oople.com/forums/#) to arrange to have your name put forward for a European place. Places granted to Ireland at the EFRA AGM, will be offered to drivers as per the RCCAOI hand book. Fees relating to the events will need to be paid to the association no later then the October 28^th 2011.
