Hi
I'm looking to get a replica shell done to use for a demo, i can get the colour of the shell sorted but i'm looking for someone to replicate the vinyl stickers/logo's that are on the car. Its only a 1/12th scale and it doesn't have to be exact, just similar.
Can you help ?
If so pm me and i'll forward a photo of what i'm trying to do.
Thanks

I can get good decals made but if they need drawing out creating that would cost as would the final decals.
It depends what sort of decals you need.
Most sponsor logo's are available in vector format ( like illustrator - .ai or .eps ) from the web, brands of the world or free vector logo's should have them on. If you wanted them printed I'd suggest getting water slide transfers made, you can get them done by Spot On, they'll reproduce tiny tiny lettering, about a quarter of a millimeter is the smallest I think they can do but it would cover EVERY sponsor completely. They work from illustrator files. However it costs per colour and the set up charge is generally quite high. That said if you got 25 made you could more than cover your costs selling the spares on ebay - however you need to watch copyright issues with using logo's and then selling them to make money...
I'll see if I can dig out Spot On's contact details...

Thats what i need the logo's, but in the right size and colour, its not to sell on and they don't have to be perfect, just close.
Anyone ?

If you google 12th kits you might find the decal set you want already made in water slide transfers the correct size.
Other than that you'll have to source the logo's and supply them to a company to make. I think for spot on waterslide transfers it's about £80 set up per colour per sheet. So if you've got 5 colours that'll be £400...
I'd look on ebay or post on one of the on-road or even scale forums, you might have a bit more luck there ? Someone else might have already made one.

 sorry Jon, completely forgot about you doing stuff. That's probably your best route Colin ! Considerably cheaper than waterslide too !
