Help needed - what to buy

Hi All

Looking for some help. I used to have a couple of Schumacher buggy cars about 15 plus years ago when I was a young lad :D, but sold them....(wish I hadn't now).

Anyway, really looking to get one again and looking around for something 2nd hand with a spending limit of about £160.

Looking for a buggy like a Schumacher Cougar or similar. Anyone out there got any recommendations on whether yo go for a Schumacher, HPI, Losi etc and should I be able to pick something up for £160 inclduing car and everything I need.

Ready to buy but just need some help as haven't looked at RC cars for ages.

You'd have been better putting this in the General section as you've listed under 1/8th electric which the Cougar isn't.

It depends what you want it for too ? Just running around the park ( generally termed as 'bashing' these days ) or if you want to race it ?

If it's racing, I'd find your local club, try the BRCA website for that, go down, have a look what's being run. Have a chat with the people there. Then maybe look on here for some 2nd hand stuff.
