Lipo Cut off Voltage for 4s 14.8v

Just looking for some advise on my lipo cut off point for my 4s lipos

imho its always been 3volts per cell so i would say 12 volt

Charge to 16.8v based on the fact the you take 7.4 to 8.4v and cutoff a 3v per cell.
