Most 2wd cars use imperial bearings in the front wheels. The DEX210 and TRF201 use metric bearings in the front wheels. The older Losi 2wd and TLR 22 uses a hex 12mm shaft which rotates in the bearings which is great as you can then use 4wd wheels on the front without any problem. If you wish to make the wheel slim then just use some scissors and cut the inner bead off the rim and then mount your slim tyres.

Ansmann use 12mm hex, i buy the standard front rims (or Kyosho 12mm hex) & cut the inner rim for mounting stagger ribs onto.

insted of cutting the rim could i mount one half of the tyre normally on the rim, but put the other half inside the lip? It seem to be the right size if i do that with my b3 wheels
