I just looked on the Motors TV website, if you've got Sky - Ch. 413 RC Racing is about to start again according to their site :D

Probably because (just like the Discovery channel) the program time listings on Motors TV are more of a general "suggestion" rather than being set in stone like the big budget channels where a 1pm start really means 1pm 0 minutes and 0 seconds. :lol:. I love Motors TV, particularly that jingle they have. The rally programs especially illustrates perfectly what sort of output you get if you give a man in a shed an old Sony Handycam and a budget of £500 and tell him to "make some great TV".

lowish budget channel for sure, loads of repeats daily, but they show the RC stuff and British Formula 3 in which my mate competes so I've got a soft spot for it ;-)

They were out filming us in the F3 Cup at Oulton Park yesterday they did not have many cameras but they seemd to be everywhere. Looking forward to see the footge. Without Motors TV none of the minority motor sporys would get any footage.

you can change the recording settings so it starts recording 2 mins before the "start" of the program.

I was on Motors TV yesterday afternoon doing the grids at Lydden in the pouring rain for the European Rallycross. I'm the one with the Easter bunny ears on my hat :thumbsup:

Or do this: Go to Sky Options,And go to Manual record, Type these settings:

CHANNEL NUMBER:413
CHANNEL NAME: MOTORS TV UK.
DAY:WEDNESDAY.
START TIME: 5:20.
END TIME:6:00.
FREQUENCY: DAILY.

If that doesnt work,give me a pm and i'll see if i can help.

My sky+ wont series link RC Racing :thumbdown: not sure why?

cause it's always on at different times and days and I'm guessing Motors TV doesn't set its schedule up very far in advance. :thumbdown:

I literally have to go through the listing manually as far as I can in the hope I see it there

You can use the search function instead of going through the listings manually, blue button.

I tried to series link it on Sky and it doesn't work because the same show is on a handful times through the month, then a new one comes on next month, it trips the system up in some way.

However because it's on a few times a month it's difficult to miss. Usually I search at the beginning of the month and it shows up when it's on. They do show listings on their website though.
