The final round of the Schumacher Indoor Masters is to be held on sunday 23rd March, now as this event is just 1 week before the BRCA Indoor Finals at Worksop I already have over 60 pre entries for this event, obviously this is due to people wanting to get some practice on the track surface before the indoor finals. If you haven't yet pre booked for this event and would like to enter please use the following link and get yourself entered asap.
Booking in link:http://rj.wbmcc.com/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=56 (http://rj.wbmcc.com/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=56)
Also as I have mentioned to people, if you would like to get booked into the BRCA Indoor finals at Worksop the following weekend, 2wd sat 29th March and 4wd Sun 30th March, please get the entry form downloaded from the BRCA website and come and see me on sunday with your entry fee and completed form, and we shall let you know if we are able to book you in to the event.
Hope to see you all there

Ok everyone, as it says in the above post, please please follow the link and pre book for this sundays event if you are wanting to race and haven't yet prebooked as this meeting is getting very full. Also remember we are giving out end of season trophies at this event, so if you have finished in the top 10 you will receive a nice trophy, :woot: also with it being Easter Sunday I think you might find that there are a few easter eggs kicking around that people may get at random as well
Also some very important info regarding the Brca National Indoor finals that we are holding the following weekend, I shall be getting an update on entries and any spaces available before the Schumacher event this sunday, so to fill up the Brca event we shall have entry forms available this sunday for you to complete and give me a cheque for your entry or cash and we shall get you booked in, this will be done on a first come first served basis, and you may even enter if you haven't done any other Brca events this season, so please be prepared to maybe get an entry if your lucky as I believe there will be a few limited spaces available in both classes.
If you have any further questions regarding this then please pm me or see me at race control this sunday and I shall try and help you out.

Should be an interesting day as we are setting the track up in the morning of the meeting, so if you get there early, you may get hijacked to help if we are running behind! lol:lol:
No big features this time, a more simple track is being planned.:)

Yer yer Dan i would NEVER do an off road track without jumps. What would be the point. THings like no massive wall, etc etc. like normal really a jump infront of the rostrum, a small 90deg corner, few ripples, and few rhythm jumps, i think that will be enough if im totally honest. Plenty for people to get there teeth into.

Just updated the entry list on here, now stands at 94, so looks like we are in for a busy day again.
Remember as its Easter Sunday we shall have a few easter eggs to give out, and also trophies are going to be presented at the end of the meeting for the top 10 in each class.
You will also get chance to see a trophy ready for the National Indoor Finals next weekend, just to wet your appetite to see if you can win it, give you that extra bit of enthusiasm to do well, when you see how Mahoosive these things are gonna be!!!! :p No expense spared

are the timings as normal? Eg practice from about 8, booking in until about 9?
Also, any chance of snow cancelling the meeting if the organizers can't get there, or are they all local enough?

I'm pretty sure we'll all get there. Muzzy usually stays at Leon's which isn't to far away. Just depends on whether Leon is going or not.

Yep looks pretty cool.
At the moment here (chesterfield) it's glorious! and we are just the other side of the motorway from worksop. Bright sunshine, warm, very nice. We had about 1cm or so this morning, but it very quickly vanished. It doesn't tend to hang around for long here.

Well if its definitely on I'll definitely head over then! In case I get held up in snow on the way (it's quite a trek so not sure if I'll hit anything bad) can someone let Muzzy know in the morning to keep me booked in even if I'm late, its Dave Gibson, I'm entered in both classes!
muzzy
22-03-2008, 08:41 PM
Hi MattyM YES there are still spaces available both days for the Indoor Finals next weekend, I shall have entry forms with me at Worksop tomorrow, so if you want to get booked in come and fill out a form and give me a chq or cash for your entry.
Hi Dave, ok shall leave you booked in for both classes if your definately coming even if your late, hope the roads aren't too bad for you your way.
Also if anyone knows Phil Campbell or if you happen to read this Phil, I have got your pre-booking you have just sent so your now booked in, tried to email you confirmation back but kept bouncing back for some reason.
As Terry has already said, the event WILL be on tomorrow, snow hasn't really affected us round this way as yet, but the roads I take are major roads and SHOULD be gritted so don't expect any problems!!
Also there is meant to be an eighth event taking place at Blythe as far as I'm aware, but keep getting some of those drivers wanting to now book in with us for nice dry warm indoor racing, so expecting a busy day as per norm. Remember we have got to build the track in the morning, so anyone arriving early because of setting of before the snow or anything, you shall be able to get into the venue from 6am tomorrow, and if you would like to lend a hand setting up then the more the better. I'm sure a few of you probably shall
Right signing off in a sec, we do still have a few entries left for tomorrow, so if you would like to race please no more entries tonight, come over and see me at race control in the morning, please have patience with us organisers as we will of been up since about 4:00am tomorrow
See you there for another fantastic meeting!!
Mark
