Thanks for the offer but catering is provided through our landlords facilities.
Sorry but it makes up part of our agreement with the landlord.

Can anyone tell me if they know how long it would take from stanstead to london then london to kent by train?
Is it quicker to hire a car directly?
Is there accomodation?
Im trying to get a group from Sweden together to come to a UK event
Thanks

Have a look at the Stansted Express (train) as this runs from the airport to London, but I think that hiring a car would be easier and more flexible. For the record, there is the Eden Park train station less than five minutes walk from the track.
Stansted is about an hour and a half from EPR in the car and is a relatively easy journey - M11 south, M25 clockwise and off at J4. Its about 5 mins from the M25. Hope that helps...

I'm planning to start a holiday in the south of the country on the Monday following the national weekend.
Can anyone advise me if it is ok to camp over in my caravan on the Sunday night and leave on the Monday morning? Thanks in advance.

Hi Chris
You are not the only person to have asked this question.
We will be speaking to the landlords in the next few days to make sure that this is OK. I am afraid that we have to run everything by them - if it was down to us, it wouldnt be an issue!
Thanks
Matt

With the EPR National just 2 weeks away it's about time I announce that there will be a "Legends Race"!
This is a fun race that we have between qualifying and finals. Anyone that is not racing in the National can take part. There are a few rules, you can't be racing in either the 2wd or 4wd National event, and you must go the right direction on the track, and that's about it. In years past we have had as many as 15 cars on the track and it's always a good laugh!!!
We will also be having a raffle with some great prizes so bring a few extra quid!!!

We had a meeting with the management at the venue this evening and can confirm that there is no problem for you to stay over on Sunday night. They have assured me that the main gate will be left unlocked on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
It would help if anyone planning on doing this can just drop a post on here so that we know how many caravans will be staying on the Sunday night. Chris and Les Orbell are the two that have already mentioned it so far...
Hope that helps a few of you out...
Thanks for your patience!

Anyone know the 4wd top ten?
MHeadling
03-06-2012, 08:35 PM
Seen on FB Lee tq and won 4wd
Tamiya domination!
4wd qualifying was:
Lee
Neil
Danny
Ellis
Darren
Bradders
Yardy
Mossy
Poulter
Cockerill
Lee won the first two legs - it then rained VERY heavily during the D/C/B finals.
So much so that only 2 of the 8 that started the B final actually finished!!
But they did run the final leg as early curtailment of the finals means none of the previous finals results would count.
4wd overall podium was Lee, Danny, Darren.
This report was brought to you in association with RC Racer magazine

Loved everything about the weekend, even the weather didn't spoil it for me.
My driving in the G final spoilt it, running 3rd until the last corner and rolled it just before line and finishing 7th.
