It depends on what wheelbase the body is, I presume it's the old style original Mini so you build it with the short 210mm wheelbase to fit. Follow the instructions for the M05S setting.

I only ever ran mine on Carpet indoors and found the Mid Con-fig to be the best all rounder using Tamiya 'S'grip front and 'M'grip rears with Tamiya hard inserts, the Short chassis was to twitchy and the Long under steered

Although as posted it depends what shell you intend running and what tyres your using, all are factors

The car is much better than the MO3 as the COG is lower and the radio is mounted near the rear axle so you get some weight in the rear to keep the rear end in check

In the end, drive it a see, you will have to try all three and see what suits you.

As already said build it according to the shell, but if you are asking for a preference then I would vote for the M configuration (225?) as it seemed to be a nicer balance for me. Would agree the S is too twitchy. Even went as far as converting my old M03S to the M setting as it was much nicer to drive. Then again lots of people say they can't tell the difference at all.
