hi peeps, i used to own a yokomo yz10 many moon ago and always liked the yokomo cars.
i fancy a bmax4 but having trowled through the forum and looking at meetings there doesnt seem to be a lot of these cars running nor a lot of team drivers in the uk.

whats worrying me is the lack of spares for this car here also.there isnt much general feedback for them.

but when i read posts about guys having the car they say its great and wouldnt drive anything else.

so.....i quite fancy one but the above puts me off getting one.
why the lack of yokomo. i dont see anything that intices me to get one..

looks like a kyosho now maybe, who knows.

The car is great, but CML who import Yokomo have pretty much lost interest in it. They aren't bringing the latest BmaxII in at all, and only have spares for the previous car. None of their team drivers run it - they all run B44.1's. CML are also Associated's importer, and that contract is much more important.

I wouldn't drive anything else! Yokomo seems to be having distribution problems in many many parts of the globe... That doesn,t take anything away from the car... You can get any spares fast and at a reasonable price here:

Yes, this does mean you need to stock a small base of parts, but let me tell you it is one tough kit. I bout a whole base of what might break, and all I've needed was armas and shock shafts.
I had a YZ10 loved it... And this car brought my love for Yokomo back to life...

You won't regret this kit...

The situation for European Yokomo fans may well improve in the foreseeable future. When you take a look at the international distributors on the Yokomo website, you'll notice that Tonisport aka Toni Rheinard is the new distributor for Germany. As the Rheinard family are heavily involved in the EOS and ETS, and as Yokomo is the main sponsor of the ETS, they might be interested in increasing support across Europe.
I only hope they won't focus on touring cars too much... :D

The B-max is a terrific car.

Very strong and so easy to drive (regret selling mine)

Parts are still available on ebay.

You won't be disappointed
