Bought mine @ HobbyKing,

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__17270__Turnigy_nano_tech_4850mah_2S2P_50_100C_Ha rdcase_Lipo_Saddle_Pack.html

so far they are holding up, the rating is only 4800Mah at the time i bought mine but i believe they higher one are also available. Shipping is a bummer, it took almost a month for item to arrive at my doorstep ( due to Chinese New Year) but if your not in a hurry then they are ok for the price.

Gen Ace batt are alsook ( well read some are not thought), but if you want to be sure search google for feedbacks on these batteries before you deep your wallet into it.

just make sure that the batt size is not more than 25MM in height coz it might not fit the rear buklhead ( if your using it in Rear Motor Config), not sure though for Mid Motor.

i believe for the saddles, not as of the moment, but i heard that they are working to get it approved, but the gen ace batts are.

the Stick packs for Turnigy , some are Roar Approve, see below

The Gen Ace , do note, some problems were encountered by some users. do search for it and decide for yourself if your ok with it.

in the place your racing, does it needs to be Roar approved ( batt) before you could race?

if you want Roar approve then IP intellect Lipo batt is a sure one, had 4 ( 3 saddle, 1 stick for more than a year and no issues... YET.. ;-)

I can promise you will not be disappointed if you go for the Orion saddles ... excellent and good price too.

Do saddle packs have a longer lifetime compared to the new short (for TLR 22) Lipo packs...??

Cheers :-)

do you mean runtime or the life the pack will remain 'good'?

Maybe the short lipos are more sensitive in some
way because of their compact size.
- compared to saddle packs.

The reason why I'm asking is that I have 3 Xcelorin short
Lipos, and they are already swelled... and they are only
5 month old - I have never charged them with more than
1C - and never run them to ESC cutoff.
- and they are never stored fully charged or completely
flat.

Many thanks :-)
