Hi,
Did anyone ever buy an esc which was faulty, I'm talking new from a dealer.
If so what happened? Did you get a replacement? Please tell me the process you went through and how long it took.

Thanks
Alan

contact the dealer and see what their process is as they all do it differently

It depends on the make as each manufacturer has a different process.

My esc has already been returned, just if it were a tv or microwave for example it would be replaced like for like there and then, I am now expecting a wait of around 2 weeks while they test the unit. Dont want to name names, just get an idea of peoples past experiences.

The problem being, that although it has never been used, as far as the shop who sold it to you, and the distributor who supplied the shop, for you to know it is faulty, first you must connect it up. They need to test that you have not done something stupid first. I don't think you can class it the same as a microwave etc.

Hope this helps a little?
