shock oils dex 210

Hi guys new to two wheel drive. Was looking for some info on shock oils. all the setup sheets show it in 400 cst etc and that makes no sense to me i work in 30,40,45 etc anyway

i was planning on running 40 front and 35 rear any suggestions

I think i am running 35 front and 27.5 rear in losi oil
