I have now owned and raced a dex410r for 4 months now and recently noticed that i have had to adjust the collar on the rear threaded shocks nearly all the way down in order to keep the ride height level with the front.

Ride height is about 18mm all round. I'm sure it wasnt like this before with the collar being half way up the threaded part when i first built it.

Checked everything to see if anything is binding but all ok. Shocks are fine and smooth. Could it be the rear springs have lost there 'springyness'?

Any ideas?

Seems strange to me.

Ive run the same springs for over a year before and not had this issue.

Have you changed shock oil recently?

Double check to make sure nothing is binding in your wishbones or hubs.

If i were you id take the shocks apart and clean everything out before rebuilding them. You could have a bent shock shaft??

There must be something wrong, 4 months is not long enough for the springs to lose their tension.

Have you changed the ball cups?
I changed to RPM cups bud didn't realise the balls were bigger,
That caused binding and the shocks lost there "springyness"

It does sound like a binding issue,
Check none of the hinge pins are bent
