hex adaptors on bmax 4

How do you get them off, I have just tried but cant seem to get them off.

Use your teeth...or strap a rope around them and arrange a tug-o-war!

They are hard to take off.

On the inward side should be a small bar which locks the hex in place..maybe this need to be loosened...it's a pain. See manual. Also lubrication helps!
