All regular attending racers are expected to offer their help to set-up race equipment / track.
All regular attending racers are expected to offer their help to break down the race equipment / track and put it away tidy.
If you are unable to help, speak to one of the willing (let's call them the comittee).
There's a good start... Please feel free to add to this list.

Marshaling...
All drivers aged 14 and over are expected to marshall after their race - you marshall for the next races' benefit so if you need to work on/break your car this should be done AFTER marshalling unless "cleared" by race control.

I personally heard a few people say that they "don't need to" marshall because they broke their car, resulting in the following race being short of marshalls. They shouldn't really lose out because of someone else's problem...

Booking in...
Maybe we need to set a closing time for booking in as this determines how early we start and finish which is a big help to the drivers who travel to the club.
Also, drivers should go to race control to book in rather than being called for, this would help speed things up.

this is what happens at every other meet ive been to

i know this could be a pain but putting marshall numbers up at points around the track, its a small track i know but im sure if theres not enough space maybe a roster (hard to police though)

All drivers aged 14 and over are expected to marshall after their race. If you're unable to marshall please find someone who can or let race control know.
No swearing or shouting on the rostrum.
Stay on the rostrum until you hear "Race Over" from the race program.
Before leaving at the end of the night please leave your pit area as you found it (Tables/chairs put away, no rubbish etc.).

The more we pull together on the night, the more free time we have for practice/socialising. I think a few simple rules make for a more enjoyable and smooth running meeting.

The above suggestions are all open for discussion and once we've put the race world to rights we can let every racer have a copy.

Please keep adding to the list....
