Thanks Dan, I'm after an 8.5 for my B4 as anything more powerful would be too much for my thumbs!

Although, if someone's got a 7.5 I could be tempted...

No worries, you know a 7.5L would be good at caldicot the L (light) motors have the bottom end of the next motor up but the medium/top of the equivilent normal R. So a 7.5L would have the smooth bottom end of an 8.5 but be as quick as a 7.5 down the straight.

i had my first proper run out today with my new brushless using a 6.5L and the power delivery was really smooth .. like it alot :thumbsup:
